Terms of Service for Clip Land

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Clip Land desktop application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Clip Land is a desktop application that allows users to convert landscape videos into portrait videos by rearranging portions of the source video using layers.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the videos you process and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use and modify them.
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose.
• You are responsible for complying with any applicable laws regarding the content you create or distribute.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by the developer of Clip Land and is licensed under the Apache 2.0. Your videos remain yours.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update or discontinue the App at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
